Bioshock Infinite Story, Gameplay and Columbia in Conflict

One reason that I am a huge Bioshock fan is because the story of the first 2 Bioshock games were compelling and interesting.  A good story is however only one aspect of a top of the line game.  After playing through Bioshock 2 last year I could not get the final moments of the game out of my head for at least a week after beating the game.  It just blew me away how the game ended.

Bioshock Infinite (3) is coming out sometime in Q2 2012, and I already feel that this baby will need some special attention.  My special gaming attention.  For me, if Bioshock Infinite is on par with Bioshock 1 and Bioshock 2, I would have no qualms about making it my personal GOTY.  Let’s take a look at what Irrational Games has released about Bioshock Infinite so far.

We’ll start off with a pretty sweet trailer as well as some bad-ass looking game play.

Here is the Bioshock Infiniate E3 Trailer in case you missed it.

And to wrap it all up here is the creative director of Bioshock Infiniate explaining the story of Columbus as well as other deep thoughts about their golden baby of light.

To stay up to date with Bioshock Infinite and all its sweetness, make sure to favorite the Irrational Games Youtube channel HERE.

I think a Q2 2012 release should put this in line with the release of Wii U. Here's hoping for a port.
