Battlefield 3 PC System Requirements Leaked…then removed, then leaked again.


The Battlefield 3 minimum and recommended system requirements were leaked on GameStop’s product listing, then removed later, and are now showing up all over the web.  Although these are not “official” they will give us a good idea if our PC’s will be able to keep up with Battlefield 3 or not.  Check out the minimum and recommended Battlefield 3 PC system requirements below.

Minimum

Hard Drive Space: 15 GB for disc version or 10 GB for digital version
OS: Windows Vista or Windows 7
Processor: Core 2 Duo @ 2.0GHzRAM2GB
Video Card: DirectX 10 or 11 compatible Nvidia or AMD ATI card

Recommended

Hard Drive Space: 15 GB for disc version or 10 GB for digital version
OS: Windows 7 64-bit
Processor: Quad-core Intel or AMD CPURAM 4GB
Video Card: DirectX 11 Nvidia or AMD ATI card, GeForce GTX 460, Radeon Radeon HD 6850

These specs whether real or not show us that we are finally getting games worthy of our super computers and not that crap you buy at wal-mart. Dual core is so 3-4 years ago its all about quads and beyond.

you are so right. Moore's Law state the capability electronics (computer) doubles every 18 months.

^ why is the ram written on the same line as the cpu ? strange.. If these are the real specs alot of people are going to cry if the recommend specs are that powerful can u imagine the poor FPS and look of the minimum ?? this is hectic.. my computer only just has its foot over the line..lucky i fancied up my video cards bios :P

by this im just below recommended on GPU front.. an overclock puts me at recommended... and btw this was confirmed fake by DICE... do some proper research :L ;)
