John Carmack has made the Doom 3 Source code free for anyone who cares to take a glance at its beauty. Think of the Matrix, where Neo is staring into a lightly green tinted screen seeing 1 and 0 and 1 and 0 falling over and over in front of him and everyone is like WTF? But then he begins to see the Matrix and our minds are fucking blown. Well I’m sure the source code for Doom 3 is something like that. Now all we need is the lawyers to get their asses in gear and give the a-ok already.
